Kelly Hot Spring

Additional Information

The hot spring flows at 415 Gallons per minute at 210 degrees, the waters ripple from the spring into a lovely fishing pond, then into two lakes. Fish and game are plentiful, ducks abound year round. Canadian Honkers with wing spans of up to 6 feet are abundant. The 495 acres of the property are ideally suited for a corporate retreat and destination vacation spot- offering the privacy, and revitalization available with the year round bathing opportunities of Kelly Hot Spring. Nestled in a pristine valley surrounded by three mountain ranges: the Northern tip of the Sierra Mountains, the Southern Cascades and the Warners. Fresh air, clean water, beautiful skies and this one of a kind spring make for a great investment opportunity for a destination retreat and resort. The mineral water has been approved by the state of California to be used as drinking water for my proposed RV Park and also qualified to be bottled as mineral water. The water can be used to heat and air condition any buildings and de-ice an air strip. Although our electric rate is only 4.4 cents per Kilowatt. A binary generator could be installed and generate 350 K.W. and still allow the water to be used for the other uses that require the 180 degree water. It produces 25,600,000 BTUs per hour on an annual basis the equivalent of 3,387,930 gallons of fuel oil at 75 cents per gallon valued a $2,540,947.00 per year. If a user has combined needs requiring this amount of energy.
